• As an Interactive Producer, I work closely with our Clients, The Account and Development Teams to design, define and prototype an Ajax based E-commerce Application, Multi-media educational application and overall Website improvements to support the immediate needs of our Client.

Next Encounter Inc., New York City, 2003 - 2006
• Developed tools for dating and building online communities. I developed the application designs while the software was developed offshore in Chennai, Indiana using a combination of Open Source applications and programming in PHP.

CIO
1800HOUSING, Little Rock, 2003
• For this brief three month engagment as the interim CIO I had two clear tasks. Evaluate existing infrastructure and maintenance procedures to avoid / prevent the risk of system downtime. I worked closely with the CEO in executing his strategy for rebranding the corporate identity in addition to redesigning and launching an easy-to-use Web site helping to provide clear messaging and useful functionality.

Project Manager, User Experience / Information Architect
ibm.com, New York City, 2001 - 2002
• As the User-Centered Design Lead our team redesigned the information architecture of ibm.com/websphere for new and experienced users of the public portal site supporting all phases of the customers relationship.
• At IBM e-Business Innovation Center as a Producer / Project Manager I worked with internal and external customers, and technical and creative team leads to develop design and document solutions in response to government RFP's.

Senior Producer, R&D Producer
Guidance, Los Angeles, 1999 - 2000
• As Senior Producer I worked with client Jafra Cosmetics International and Guidance team to develop an online business strategy and implement production for their multi-lingual Internet and extranet business sites.
• As R&D Producer for client Street Zebra I developed a mobile wireless solution to facilitate communication between Managers, Moms and players as to change of schedule and up-to-the-minute game status for parents not in attendance using telephone, Web and wireless PDAs.

Senior Producer
iXL, Los Angeles, 1998 - 1999
• Senior Project Manager responsible for producing corporate and e-commerce Web solutions for The Mens Wearhouse, Kawasaki and other clients. Day to day activities included front line client contact and internal team management, planning and coordination with creative, technical and testing team-mates.

• I recut feature length film Red River at the direction of Mike Medavoy of Phoenix Pictures using Avid Technologies. Project was focused on bringing clarity to story line in preperation for world-wide launch and distribution.

IBM Kiosk at Disney Worlds' Innoventions, Orlando, 1997
• Producer of Web site as Kiosk for visitors to IBM's attraction at Innoventions, Disney World. Flash software implemented with clear ease of use design experience for first time Internet users.

Game Designer, Producer
Disney Interactive and Disney Imagineering, Glendale, 1996 - 1997
• Disney Interactive, Entertainment Division, "Online Studios", designed online multi-player Disney-themed 3D virtual world environments populated with player controlled Disney character avatars interacting with each other in games, toys and stories. Prototyped specific game play with team of game designers, programmers, and artists.

• On the interactive adventure game Muppet Treasure Island CD-ROM, determined process and resource requirements to achieve products technical objectives. Hired and managed team of 28 to work in all areas of production. As Designer, responsibilities included interface consistency, game-play logic and usability testing. Implemented rapid prototyping techniques facilitating improved game-play.

• Animator and Video Artist, producing 3D computer models and animated movies, edited,

• Sold, designed and applied technology solutions using 3D imaging and animation technologies for Artists, Architects, and Urban Planners. Educated and trained by IBM over four years in marketing, event planning/execution and client presentations as an IBM Business Partner. Production consulting for clients included Frank Gehry Architects, City of Los Angeles, Harry Wolf Architects and more.

• Computer-assisted design architect developed detailed 3D digital computer models, working drawings and presentation graphics of corporate towers; interiors and exteriors. Utilizing 3D CAD, computer assisted design software running on RISC based Unix workstations. Developed 3D models and graphics for Wells Fargo Design Competition, Chicago Public Library Design Competition, The Gas Company building.
